摘要
院级教学督导具有专业针对性强,监管更全面、督导更深入等特点,可有效弥补校级教学督导的特点。本文调查与分析了院级教学督导的产生形式、院级督导的任务与职责、院级督导与院领导工作的协调情况、院级督导工作过程中的主客观障碍分析、院级督导工作的满意度、院级督导工作过程中的问题,并提出了相关建议。
School-level teaching supervision has the characteristics of strong professional pertinence, morecomprehensive supervision and deeper supervision, which can effectively make up for the characteristics of school-levelteaching supervision. This paper investigates and analyzes the formation form of school-level teaching supervision, thetask and responsibility of school-level supervision, the coordination between school-level supervision and school-levelleadership, the analysis of subjective and objective obstacles in the process of school-level supervision, the satisfactionof school- level supervision and the problems in the process of school-level supervision, and puts forward relevantSuggestions.
