摘要
为完成党中央、国务院的战略部署,加快现代职业教育的发展,落实创新驱动发展战略,进一步提高人才红利,实现转方式、调结构、促升级的目的,职业教育要试点推行现代学徒制。双元制作为职业教育技能人才培养的主流模式,受到了世界各国的高度认可,我们只有分析研究现代学徒制和双元制的区别,并吸收借鉴双元制的优点,应用于现代学徒制的研究和理论建设中,构建完善现代学徒制体系,构建出一种长效机制,推动国家的综合国力的提升。
In order to complete the strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,accelerate the development of modern vocational education, implement the innovation-driven development strategy, furtherenhance the talent dividend, achieve the purpose of transfer mode, structure adjustment, and promotion, vocationaleducation should pilot the modern apprenticeship system. The mainstream mode of dual-production production forvocational education skills training has been highly recognized by all countries in the world. We only analyze and studythe difference between modern apprenticeship system and dual system, and absorb the advantages of dual system andapply it to modern apprenticeship. In the research and theoretical construction, we will build a perfect modernapprenticeship system and construct a long-term mechanism to promote the country's comprehensive national strength.
