高职院校共青团工作与素质教育融合机制研究

Research on the Integration Mechanism of the Communist Youth League Work and Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校共青团的工作主要是负责组织学生活动,丰富校园学生活动内容,构建和谐的校园关系,对党政策等内容进行宣传推广等。高职院校共青团工作开展十分重要,若是将素质教育与共青团工作结合在一起,构建一体化机制,能够更好地帮助提升学生的综合素质以及工作能力。本文主要是基于新时代的发展需求,探究高职院校共青团工作和素质教育融合机制的构建途径和创新思路。

The work of the Communist Youth League in higher vocational colleges is mainly responsible fororganizing student activities, enriching the contents of student activities in campus, building harmonious campus relations, andpromoting Party policies and other content. It is very important to carry out the work of the Communist Youth League inHigher Vocational colleges. If we combine the quality education with the work of the Communist Youth League andconstruct an integrated mechanism,we can help to improve students＇overall quality and ability to work. This paper ismainly based on the development needs of the new era, to explore the ways of constructing and innovating the mechanismof the work of the Communist Youth League and the quality education in higher vocational colleges.
