Ways and Methods to Improve the Quality of Teaching Supervision in Military Colleges and Universities in an All-round Way

本文在分析军队院校教学督导的重要地位与现实意义基础上,指出军队院校教学在督导队伍建设、教学督导自身、教学评估标准、教学督导体制存在的问题,提出提升军队院校教学督导质量应设立专门的督导机构、加强教学督导队伍建设、严控督导队伍选拔入口和健全教学督导队伍评价的途径与方法。

Based on the analysis of the important position and practical significance of teaching supervision inmilitary colleges and universities, this paper points out the problems existing in the construction of teaching supervisionteam, teaching supervision itself, teaching evaluation standards and teaching supervision system in military colleges anduniversities, and proposes ways and methods to improve the quality of teaching supervision in military colleges anduniversities by setting up special supervision agencies, strengthening the construction of teaching supervision team, strictlycontrolling the entrance of selection of supervision team and perfecting the evaluation of teaching supervision team.
