In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of electrical equipment and power grid ,we must follow the relevant regulations and conduct preventive tests on electrical equipment on a regular basis. This article focuses on that 110kV capacitive voltage transformer＇s structural features in the power system, include it＇s dielectric loss and standard. At the same time, I also introduce the instruments and methods of measuring dielectric loss. And listing some common problems and precautions in the experiment, which we should analyze.
