摘要
利用AutoCAD 2007和有关液晶显示器设计的理论知识,完成一款256×64点阵字符型LCD屏的设计。简要介绍液晶显示器发展史及显示原理,绘制外观图、单粒图形及菲林版,结合使用环境、成本等因素,用"四瓶体系"完成液晶材料的配置,确定液晶屏所用偏振片、 ITO玻璃、封框胶、衬垫料的性能参数,简单了解液晶屏生产工艺。
Using AutoCAD 2007 and the theory of LCD design,a 256 *64 dot matrix character LCD screen is designed. This paper briefly introduces the development history and display principle of liquid crystal display,draws the appearance diagram, single grain graphics and film version, combines the use environment, cost and other factors, completes the configuration of liquid crystal materials with "four bottle system" ,determines the performance parameters of polarizer,ITO glass,sealing glue and gasket used in liquid crystal display,and simply understands the production of liquid crystal screen.
