Under the great time background, libraries have started an exploratory stage in transforming form traditional model to smart model. Librarians play an important role at offering libraries＇ services, because their selfquality can influence the service quality of libray directly. Intelligent service is the optimization and upgrade of traditional library services, and if the librarians would like to be qualified for the positions, they require the role transitions in order to meet the changing need fi＇om intelligent human beings greatly. Begin with the necessity and significance of the smart librarians＇ creativity, this paper utilizes the Csikszentmihalyi＇s system perspective for creativiU in positive psychology to explore the training strategy of librarians＇ creativity.
