摘要
乳品微生物学是乳品类专业的基础课程。随着发酵乳制品行业的快速发展,传统的《乳品微生物学》课程模式受到新的挑战,难以激发学生的学习兴趣,限制了学生专业素养的提高;旧模式下培养的学生逐渐难以满足现代乳品工业对于人才的需求。本文对《乳品微生物学》的教学现状进行了分析,对教学内容、教学方法和教学方式的改革进行了探讨,以激发学生对乳品微生物学的兴趣,提高教学质量,从而达到培养合格的专门技术人才的目的。
Dairy microbiology is a basic course for dairy engineering majors. Along with the rapid development of the fermented milk market, the traditional teaching model of dairy microbiology has been not able to fully improve the professional quality of students, which makes them hard to meet the requirements of modem dairy industry. In this article, the content, method and mode of dairy microbiology teaching practice was analyzed and explored to stimulate the interest of students in dairy microbiology. By this way, the teaching quality would be improved, and qualified professional talents would be training.
