以工匠精神促进科研院所高技能人才队伍建设的思考

随着人类文明进步逐步加快,工匠精神开始受到越来越多人的关注,何为"工匠精神",在新科技来袭的时代,"工匠精神"如何影响时代的发展?对于工匠精神的认知并不能仅仅停留在口号或者理论层面,"工匠"不单单指人才素养培养的过程,更注重的是对于"工匠文化"的不断塑造过程。而是如何打造并形成一个专属平台,让那些拥有高技能的人才可以有机会成长为让别人难以超越的具有某一专业技能的工匠。本论文通过开展以工匠精神促进科研院所高技能人才队伍建设的研究探索,探析实施"工匠计划"对建设高技能人才队伍的有效途径,建设"工匠式"高技能人才队伍,弘扬工匠精神,推动精益求精科研生产,打造精品,提高产品质量,提升服务水平。

How to build an exclusive platform for High-skilled talents. Through the research to exploration of promoting the construction of high skilled talents in scientific research institutes with the spirit of craftsman, this paper probes into the effective ways of implementing ＂eraftsman plan＂ to build the contingent of high-skilled talents, and builds the ＂craftsman type ＂ high skilled talents team.
