摘要 目的优化橡子单宁超声提取工艺并研究其对癌细胞的作用。方法采用超声提取法,乙醇体积分数40%、提取次数3次、提取时间40 min、液固比20∶1。采用MTT比色法观察单宁酸对Hep-2(人喉癌上皮细胞)的作用。结果橡子单宁的提取率达到93. 67%,单宁酸对Hep-2有明显抑制增殖的作用。结论橡子粉中含有较高含量的单宁酸,单宁酸具有一定抑制癌细胞增值的作用。 Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of Acorn tannin and study its effect on cancercells. Methods Ultrasonic extraction method was employed-40% ethanol as extractant-extraction three times-40minutes extraction time-liquid solid ratio 20∶ 1. The effect of tannic acid on Hep-2(human laryngealcarcinoma epithe-lial cells) was observed by MTT colorimetric method. Results The extraction rate of acorn tannin reached 93. 67%-and the inhibition of tannic acid on Hep-2 was obviously. Conclusion There are a abundant content of tannic acidin acorn powder-and tannic acid possess a certain inhibitory effect on cancer cell.
