摘要
目的探讨ICU患者最佳的护理方法。方法将医院ICU近期收治的106例患者,随机分为对照组和综合组两组。对照组患者采取常规护理方法,综合组患者进行综合优质护理干预。护理结束后,分别从患者的心理焦虑、疼痛、睡眠和护理满意度4方面,对护理效果进行评价。结果综合组患者心理焦虑和疼痛评分均低于对照组,睡眠时间长于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,以上各项比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对ICU患者进行综合优质护理干预,效果显著。
Objective To explore the optimal nursing method in ICU patients. Methods 106 patients in our hospi-tal ICU were randomly divided into control group and comprehensive group. The patients in the control group weretreated with routine nursing while comprehensive group were treated with quality nursing intervention. The nursingeffects were evaluated from the patients, psychological anxiety,pain,sleep and nursing satisfaction. Results Com-pared with the control group,maintaining patients, psychological anxiety and pain scores in the comprehensive groupwere lower,and sleep time is longer,while nursing satisfaction is higher,the difference had statistical significance（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive quality nursing intervention is effective in ICU patients.
