均匀设计优化白参菌多糖硫酸酯化修饰条件 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用均匀设计法优化白参菌多糖硫酸酯化修饰条件。方法采用氨基磺酸法对白参菌多糖进行硫酸酯化修饰,氯化钡-明胶法测定硫酸根取代度,红外光谱定性分析其结构。结果均匀实验设计方法确定最佳修饰条件为:温度50. 2℃、反应时间2. 18 h、投料比为2. 15∶1(g/g)。结论采用均匀设计实验分析方法优化实验条件,能通过较少的实验次数囊括较多的实验因素,利用软件进行回归分析,提高了分析结果的准确度。 Objective To optimize the sulfated modification conditions of the White Ginseng polysaccharide using u-niform design. Methods The White Ginseng polysaccharide was sulfated by aminosulfonic acid,the substitution de-gree of sulfate radical was determined by barium chloride-gelatin method,and the structure was qualitative analyzed byinfrared spectroscopy. Results The optimal modification conditions determined by uniform design were: reactiontemperature of 50. 2 ℃,reaction time of 2. 18 h,and condition with 2. 15∶ 1(g / g). Conclusion Using uniform de-sign to optimize experimental conditions can cover more experimental factors through fewer experiments and improvesthe accuracy of the results.
