摘要
目的通过团体沙盘游戏来分析大学生寝室人际关系的沙面特征,同时探寻团体沙盘游戏在大学生寝室人际关系改善中所起的作用,旨在拓展沙盘游戏在大学生心理健康教育中的应用范围。方法在全校范围内招募志愿者,要求志愿者以4人寝室为单位报名。运用团体沙盘游戏技术进行干预。结果沙面特征形成了各自为政、察言观色、融会贯通、趋于统一、主题明确五个阶段性局面变化规律。每轮挪动次数也由最开始的43次逐步减少至17次,不同意挪动的次数也由8变为0。结论大学生寝室人际关系发展在团体沙盘游戏中有一定的沙面特征规律;运用团体沙盘游戏技术对寝室人际关系有积极的促进作用;团体沙盘游戏是高校进行心理健康教育的有效途径。
Objective To expand the application of sand-play in mental health education through analyzing groupsand surface characteristics of college students dormitory interpersonal relationships,and exploring the role of sandboxgame in improving interpersonal of bedroom community college students. Methods The volunteers were recruitedwithin the school,and asked to sign up in four bedroom units. Sandbox gaming was employed to intervene. ResultsThe characteristics of sand surface have formed the law of change in the five stages of politics,observation,integration,unification and theme clarification. The number of moves per round also reduced from the initial 43 to 17,and thenumber of disagree with the move changed from 8 to 0. Conclusion The students, dormitory interpersonal developcertain characteristics in the sandbox game. Group sand-play has a positive role in promoting relationships,which is aneffective way in the Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities.
