摘要
当今高分子材料应用较为广泛,针对其受温度影响老化加快而导致物理性能相应变坏这一特性,本文采用高分子性能常用理论公式,对其推导和优化,在此基础上研究材料在缓慢变温情况下物理性能与贮存时间的关系曲线,通过数值模拟仿真结合建立的数学模型进行计算,更快速得出材料在长时间贮存下的热损伤结果,验证该分析方法的可行性。
Based on the widespread application of current polymer materials,which characters cause deterioration of physical properties due to temperature influence,common theoretical formulas of polymer properties are used in this paper,derived and optimized. The relationship curve between physical properties and storage time of materials in the condition of slow temperature change is under research,and we use methods to calculate by numerical simulation combined with mathematical model established,get results more quickly,check feasibility of the analysis method.
