丁基橡胶门尼粘度标准物质复制不确定度的评定

摘要 复制丁基橡胶门尼黏度标准物质的不确定度来源首先为标准物质的均匀性、稳定性以及各定值实验室的分散性,其次为门尼黏度计的温度、时间和转速。采用JJF 1059. 1-2012评定复制丁基橡胶门尼黏度标准物质的不确定度,评定结果表明,标准物质的均匀性、稳定性、实验数据的分散性以及门尼黏度的温度对不确定度的贡献较大,转速和时间对不确定度的贡献较小。复制的丁基橡胶门尼黏度标准物质在不同温度和测定时间下的不确定度分别为0. 4、0. 5、0. 5、0. 4;标准值分别为75. 9±0. 4、74. 2±0. 5、52. 2±0. 5、49. 1±0. 4。 The sources of uncertainty of copied butyl rubber Mooney viscosity certified reference material were analyzed according to JJF 1059. 1-2012. The main sources were the dispersity of all data of laboratories,homogeneity and stability of sample; the secondary sources were experimental temperature,rotating speed of apparatus and test time. The results showed that the contribution of the dispersity of data,homogeneity and stability of sample,experimental temperature were greater,the contribution of rotating speed of apparatus and test time were smaller. The uncertainty were respectively 0. 4,0. 5,0. 5,0. 4 under different temperature and test time,the nominal values of the reference material were 75. 9 ± 0. 4,74. 2 ± 0. 5,52. 2 ± 0. 5,49. 1 ± 0. 4.
