摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、烯丙基磺酸类单体为原料,过硫酸钠为引发剂,通过水溶液聚合制备了凝胶堵水剂。利用正交试验确定了最佳合成条件,即:引发剂加量为1. 4%,单体物质的量之比为2∶3∶1,单体用量为15%,反应温度为60℃。并评价了堵水剂的抗温抗盐性能。
Using acrylic acid,acrylamide and allylsulfonate monomer,gel used for water shutoff was prepared by radical polymerization. And the optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: addition amount of initiator is 1. 4%,molar ratio of raw material is 2∶ 3∶ 1,monomer content is 15%,and reaction temperature is 65℃.
