特发性脉络膜新生血管患者视觉相关生活质量问卷调查

Questionnaire survey of visual related quality of life in patients with idiopathic choroidal neovascularization

目的评估特发性脉络膜新生血管(ICNV)患者的视觉相关生活质量。方法采用美国国立眼科研究院视功能相关的生存质量量表-25 (NEI-VFQ-25)翻译中文版测量确诊患有ICNV患者54例和正常对照者40例,对符合正态分布的数据运用t检验,非正态分布的数据运用Wilcoxon秩和检验。结果在病例组54份问卷中,纳入52份进行最终的数据分析,问卷中除一般健康亚项外,余各亚项与正常对照组均有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。病例组评分最低的是一般视力,该项平均分为(51. 92±18. 4)分,评分最高的是色觉,该项评分为(93. 8+13. 0)分。病例组各亚项在男女分组、视力分组(≤0. 3组和> 0. 3组)、受教育程度(大学及以上组和大学以下组)均无统计学差异。结论 ICNV患者的视觉相关生活质量较健康人群相比有明显下降,发病的性别、视力、受教育程度与患者的视觉相关生活质量的高低无相关性。

Objective To assess the vision-related quality of life in patients with idiopathic choroidal neovascularization（ICNV）. Methods 52 patients with ICNV and 40 normal control people were invited to participate in this study. Vision-related quality of life was evaluated using the 25-item National Eye Institute Visual Functioning Questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using t test for data which were normal distribution and using Wilcoxon rank sum test for data which were abnormal distribution （The t test is applied to the data of the normal distribution, and the Wilcoxon test is used to test the non-normal distribution data）. Results A total of 52 questionnaires were included in the final analysis of the data in the 54 cases, in addition to the general health sub items, there were statistical differences （ P 〈0.05） between the case group and the normal control group. The lowest scoring item was the general vision with mean score of 51.92±18.4 and the highest score was the color vision of 93.8±13.0 in the case group. All sub item in the gender group （Female VS Male ）, visual acuity groups （≤0.3 VS 〉0.3）, education group （University and above University VS below University） were not statistically significant in the case group. Conclusions Visual quality of life in patients with idiopathic choroidal neovascularization was significantly lower than that in healthy people. The gender, visual acuity, and education level of the disease were not correlated with the visual quality of life of the patients.
