摘要
尿酸参与多种人类疾病的作用机制,尿酸盐的肾脏处理不良是高尿酸血症和痛风的常见病理生理因素。研究发现,尿酸转运体是直接参与肾尿酸转运的蛋白质,通常被认为是对血清尿酸稳态最有影响的调节因子,其中葡萄糖转运蛋白(GLUT) 9不仅被证实与尿酸的转运有关,在肾脏重吸收尿酸过程中也同样发挥重要作用,并且与尿酸相关疾病的关系也很密切。近年来的全基因组关联研究发现编码GLUT9的SLC2A9基因除与血清尿酸水平有关外,还与痛风显著相关,这些位点的发现有助于研究者了解尿酸与高尿酸血症、痛风、糖尿病等疾病的关系。
Mechanisms of uric acid are involved in various human diseases. Defective renal disposal of urate is a eomnlon pathophysiologie factor of hyperurieemia and gout. It's found that uric acid transporter is a protein directly involved in the transport of renal uric acid, which is generally considered to be the most important regulator of serum uric acid homeo- stasis. The glucose transporter 9 ( GLUT9 ) is not only proved to be related to the transport of uric acid, it also play-s an important role in the process of kidney reabsorption of uric acid, and is closely related to uric acid related diseases. In recent years, genome-wide association studies have found that the SLC2A9 gene encoding GLUT9 is associated not only with serum uric acid levels,but also with gout. The discovery of these loci helps us to understand the association between uric acid and hyperurieemia, gout, diabetes and other diseases.
