躯体症状障碍的治疗研究进展

Research Progress in Treatment of Somatic Symptom Disorder

躯体症状障碍(SSD)临床表现复杂,躯体症状与心理因素密切相关。SSD涉及临床多个科室,但尚无有效的特异性疗法。临床多以抗抑郁药、非典型性抗精神病药、植物药、中药,传统非药物治疗、心理治疗等进行干预。单纯西药治疗疗效肯定,但不良反应较多、患者依从性较低;单纯中药或非药物治疗的研究较少,且多为小样本研究,疗效尚待考证;综合疗法能够明显提高临床疗效,但具体疗法应用仍需进一步探索。应积极开展中西结合、心身同治的多元化治疗,以期提高SSD临床疗效。

Somatic symptonl disorder（SSD） has complex clinical manifestations. Those physical symptonls are closely related to psychological factors. It can be found in various clinical departments, but still has no effective or specific treatment. Antidepressant, atypical antipsyehotie, herbal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） , traditional non-drug therapy and psychotherapy are eomnlonly used in clinical practice. Western medicine has definite effect as well as adverse effect and low compliance. Studies about TCM as single treatment is few and most of those are small sample researches. So the TCM＇s effect for SSD still needs to be proved. Combined treatments have obvious effect. However, what kind of treat- ments can obtain the best effect is still unknown, therefore it is suggested to conduct further studies about combined treatment of TCM and western medicine and to explore diversified psychosomatic treatments to improve the clinical effect for SSD and life quality of the patients.
