高尿酸与老年2型糖尿病及心血管并发症相关性的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 尿酸具有促氧化和抗氧化的两面性,主要依赖机体内的生化微环境发挥作用。机体尿酸生产与代谢的失衡可诱发高尿酸血症,其与代谢综合征、糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、心血管疾病等多种疾病的发生密切相关。高尿酸可经多种信号通路参与胰岛素抵抗的发生、影响β细胞及其功能,与糖代谢异常密切相关,可独立对2型糖尿病的发生进行预测。研究发现,糖尿病多种危险因素与尿酸均有紧密联系,两者互为因果,且尿酸参与糖尿病患者心血管并发症的发生、发展,通过分析尿酸与糖尿病及其心血管病并发症之间的关系,可为糖尿病及高尿酸血症的临床防治提供理论指导。 Uric acid has both pro-oxidation and anti-oxidation effect, both mainly relying on the biochemical microenvironment in the body. Unbalanced uric acid metabolisnl may induce hyperuricemia, which has close relations with the occurrence of various diseases such as metabolic syndrome, diabetes, insulin resistance and cardiovascular disease. Through nmltiple signaling pathways, high uric acid can participate in the occurrence of insulin resistance, affect β cells and their functions, and is closely related to abnormal glucose metabolisnl, which can be applied independently to predict the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Study find that many risk factors of diabetes are closely related to uric acid,that they are reciprocal causation. The uric acid involves in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular complications of diabetic patients. By analyzing the relationship between uric acid and diabetes and its cardiovascular complications, it can provide theoretical guidance for the clinical prevention and treatment of diabetes and hyperuricemia.
