摘要
临床共情是指医务人员理解患者的体验、需求和想法,与其进行沟通,并检验沟通准确性以提供治疗的能力。研究表明临床共情不仅会对患者和治疗效果产生影响,还会对医务人员自身产生双重作用。临床共情的各种干预方法效果有所差异,文章在此基础上分析了相关原因及应对策略,提出未来临床共情研究应注重共情能力影响因素的探讨、临床实践培训、干预方法的优化以及个人差异和宏观环境对医务人员共情能力的影响。
Clinical empathy refers to the ability of the medical staff to understand the patient's experience, needs and thoughts, communicate with them, and verify the accuracy of communication to provide treatment. Studies have shown that clinical empathy not only has an impact on patients and treatment outcomes but also has a dual effect on medical staff. The effects of various methods of clinical empathy intervention vary, and on this basis, the related causes and coping strategies are analyzed; in the future clinical empathy research should focus on the discussion of factors affecting empathy, clinical practice training, optimization of intervention methods, and the impact of individual differences and macro-environment on medical staff' s ability to empathize.
