血站半自动生化分析仪定期维护和校准在降低血液ALT报废中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对半自动生化分析仪的定期维护和校准,以减少血液因ALT不合格的报废率。方法每3个月采用CLSIEP15-A指南中推荐的方法进行验证:5d,每日一分析批,每日2个浓度水平,每个浓度水平上同一标本3次重复。如果因为质量控制程序或操作判一批为失控,剔除数据,并执行额外的批,操作者按照厂家说明书规定进行操作。结果经过近5年的实验发现,半自动生化分析仪经过每3个月的维护和保养,ALT的报废率出现持续下降,分别为5.15%(3828/74320)、2.14%(1 633/76 313)、2.22%(1 759/79 232)、1.57%(1 228/78 238)、0.68%(574/84 406)(P <0.01)。结论采用CLSIEP15-A指南中推荐的方法对半自动生化分析仪进行定期维护和校准能够有效控制血液ALT的报废率,值得同行的借鉴和使用。 Objective To observe the maintenance and regular calibration of the semi-automatic biochemicalanalyzer in order to reduce blood discarding caused by ALT unqualified detections and reports. Methods Semi-automaticbiochemical analyzer was calibrated every 3 months based on CLSI EP1 5 -A guidelines. The tests were performed on onetest per day for 5 days,2 concentrations per day and 3 repeats for each concentration of one sample. The additionalanalyses were performed and the data were eliminated in case that the quality was out of control. Results The frequenciesof blood discarding due to unqualified ALT detections were gradually decreased to 5 .1 5%(3 8 2 8 /7 4 3 2 0),2 .1 4%(1633/76 313),2.22%(1 759/79 232),1.57%(1 228/78 238)and 0.68%(574/84 406)(P 〈0.01),respectively bya good maintenance and calibration of the instrument every three months. Conclusion The methods of nice maintenanceand regular calibration of semi-automatic biochemical analyzer recommended by CLSI EP15-A may help reduce the blooddiscarding caused by ALT false detections and reports.
