摘要
目的分析、比较广西地区汉族与壮族人群X-STR基因座的分布频率及遗传学参数。方法应用Investigator A r g u sX-12试剂对广西地区1267名健康成年人进行D X S 8378等12个X-S T R分型检测,其中612名汉族作为对照组,另外655名壮族作为研究组,比较两组间基因座的分布频率以及基因座遗传学参数。结果①两组等位基因分布均符合HardyWeinberg平衡,其中汉族检测出128种基因型,基因分布频率为0.0029~0.7872,壮族检测出145种基因型,基因分布频率为0.003 5~0.658 1。②对照组汉族的多态信息量分布为0.388 6~0.896 6,研究组壮族的多态信息量分布为0.405 9~0.889 3;对照组汉族的杂合度分布为0.3796~0.8091,研究组壮族的杂合度分布为0.5018~0.8255;对照组MECduo与MECtrio的分布频率为0.3677~0.6850与0.4357~0.8421,研究组MECduo与MECtrio的分布频率为0.4233~0.8217与0.4755~0.9128;对照组个体识别力及非父排除率分别为0.5558~0.8722与0.4711~0.8227,研究组的个体识别力及非父排除率分别为0.7874~0.9781与0.5201~0.8647。结论广西地区汉族与壮族的X-STR基因座分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,但是壮族的X-STR基因座呈现出高度多态性,与汉族有较多差别,对于本地区法医亲权鉴定具有一定的指导意义。
Objective To obtain genetic parameters of X-STR loci,we analysed and compared the distributionfrequency in Han population and Zhuang population in Guangxi province. Methods 1 267 healthy adults in Guangxi weredetected with twelve X-STR's subtypes such as DXS8378 by Investigator Argus X-12 KIT. 612 cases Han population wereregarded as the control group and 6 5 5 cases Zhuang population as the study group. Genotype distribution frequency andgenetic parameters of the two groups were compared. Results (1)Genotype distribution frequency of two groups wereall consistent with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. 128 genotypes were detected in Han population and genotype distributionfrequency was 0.002 9-0.787 2. 145 genotypes was detected in Zhuang population and genotype distribution frequency were0.003 5-0.658 1.(2)The PIC of Han population was 0.388 6-0.896 6 and the PIC of Zhuang population was 0.405 9-0.8893.The Heterozygosity of Han population was 0.379 6-0.809 1 and the Heterozygosity of Zhuang population was 0.501 8-0.8255. The MECduo and MECtrio of Han population was 0.367 7-0.685 0 and 0.4357-0.8421,and the MECduo and MECtrioof Zhuang population was 0.423 3-0.821 7 and 0.475 5-0.912 8. The DP and EP of Han population was 0.555 8-0.872 2and 0.471 1-0.822 7,and the DP and EP of Zhuang population was 0.787 4-0.978 1 and 0.520 1-0.864 7. ConclusionsGenotype distribution frequency of two groups are all consistent with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. But the X-STR loci inZhuang population are highly polymorphic,which is different from that of Han population. It has certain guiding significancefor paternity identification in forensic medicine in this region.
