宁波市城市公共空间无障碍设施的现状调查与研究

Accessibility of Urban Public Space in Ningbo

本文对宁波市城市公共空间的无障碍设施建设现状做了一个调查,调查对象为道路、绿地广场、停车场、社区四个部分,调查范围为宁波市六大区的中心区或建设年代相对较老的区块。通过调查,按照最新的《无障碍设计规范》GB50763-2012和《国家建筑标准设计图集(12J926)》逐类逐项地统计,并归纳总结出宁波市城市公共空间的无障碍设施建设的情况和问题所在;最后分析与探讨了宁波市城市公共空间无障碍设施建设的重点方向与措施。

The paper introduces the investigation on the present situation of the accessibility of urban public space in Ningbo in such four aspects as roads, green spaces, parking areas, and communities which covers the central areas of six districts or the old areas in the city. Statistics work is conducted in accordance with Code of Accessibility Design（GB50763-2012） and National Building Standard Design Atlas（12 J926）, problems and conditions of the accessibility are summarized and major construction directions and measures analyzed.
