Investigation on Status of Scientific Research Among Young Doctors in a Infectious Disease Hospital of Changzhou City

目的:了解青年医生科研现状,制定对应措施。方法:采用调查问卷法,调查3年内青年医生完成课题的级别、临床/科研时间配比以及开展科研存在的困难。结果:大多数医生在3年内没有完成或参与完成任何级别的课题。70.3%的医生认为"临床工作太繁重,缺乏时间参与科研项目",61.4%的医生临床/科研时间配比≥70%。78.4%的硕士及以上学历医生临床/科研时间配比≥70%,显著高于本科学历医生。结论:要鼓励青年医生在完成临床工作的同时开展科研,提高配套科研经费的比例,支持医生进一步学习深造。

Objective： To know Lhe scientific research sLaLus of Lhe young doctors Lo lormulate Lhe corresponding measures. Methods： A quesLionnaire was conducted Lo analyze Lhe level of Lhe subject accomplished by young doctors, Lhe disLribution of work/research Lime and Lhe diffi- cLdties in participating in scientilic research within three years. Results： Within three years, more than 90% of the doctors did not accomplish or participate in any scientific research. 70.3% of the doctors thought that clinical work was too heavy and lack of time to participate in research pro- .jects. 61.4% of the doctors believed that the distribution of work/research time should be more than 70%, and the proportion of master＇s degree and above was 78.4%, which was signilicantly higher than those with bachelor degree. Conclusion： The hospital should encourage young doctors to carry out scientific research on the basis of＂ clilfical work, raise the proportion of supporting scientilfie research lunds and support doctors to fur- ther study.
