环卫型码头吊机的优化设计

摘要 以上海市老港填埋场为例,分析了老港填埋场环卫型码头吊机现状及存在的问题,通过对现有吊机传动、电气控制、操作舒适性、防腐等方面的研究,制定出适合现有公司吊机生产作业情况的改进方案,以此来优化吊机的运能,达到节能减排的目的。并且对方案实施后的研究成果进行了阐述及指标考核分析、水平分析和应用效益分析。 Taking Laogang landfill in Shanghai as an example, current situation and existing problems of wharf crane of sanitation type in Laogang were analyzed. Based on the research on the existing crane transmission, electrical control, operation comfort and corrosion protection, improvement projects suited for the existing company crane production were formulated to optimize the crane capacity, and then achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. Finally, the research results after implementation of the program were elaborated, index examination analysis, level analysis and application benefit analysis were carried out.
