垃圾焚烧发电厂GGH换热器的技术特点分析

摘要 概述了目前垃圾焚烧发电厂GGH换热器的应用情况,比较了回转式GGH和管壳式GGH的材质、换热原理和优缺点,介绍了德国W公司和瑞士F公司的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)材质GGH换热器在设计、加工、制作过程中的技术难点及要点,为PTFE-GGH换热器的国产化提供设计参考。 Application of Gas-gas Heater (GGH) in waste incineration power plant was overviewed. The materials, heat transfer principle and advantages and disadvantages of regenerative GGH and shell GGH were compared. Finally, technical difficulties and key points of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-GGH of Germany W company and Switzerland F company were introduced, which could provide design reference for the localization of PTFE-GGH.
