Factors Influencing the Graduation of Business Incubators in China: A Test based on Quantile Regression

中国企业孵化器建设趋同现象严重,而受企业孵化器发展阶段差异的影响,标准化的支持模式难以有效推动企业孵化器的发展。企业孵化毕业作为判定创业活跃的关键指标,其影响因素显然具有情景化特征,而传统的大样本回归分析忽略了样本本身的层次性差异。基于此,通过采用分位数回归分析方法检验了国家级企业孵化器毕业率影响因素对不同水平企业孵化器的影响。具体而言,分析了资金条件、研发水平、创业经验、办公场地及专业团队五类要素对企业毕业的作用。研究发现,创业经验对于起步阶段的企业孵化器作用更为明显,资金条件对于成熟阶段的企业孵化器作用更为显著,办公场地和研发水平与企业孵化毕业率呈倒"U"型关系。此外,进一步探讨了企业孵化器发展的差异化战略决策。

Considering the diversities of different development stages and development level about business incubators,the factors influencing the graduation of business incubators have situational characteristics. This paper adopts a quantile regression approach to analysis the impact of factors influencing graduation rate of national business incubators on business incubators at different levels,and to study the effect of entrepreneurial experience,professional team,RD level,funding conditions and office space on enterprise graduation. The study found that the role of entrepreneurial experience on business incubators in the starting stage of construction is more obvious,and the role of funding conditions on business incubators in the mature stage is more obvious. In addition,the relationships between office space,R D level and graduation rate of business incubators present a reversed U. Fuithermore,this paper discusses the specific development strategy of business incubators from the aspects of entrepreneurial experience,professional team,RD level,funding condition and office space.
