摘要
直觉思维是幼儿园教师专业素养的重要组成部分,良好的直觉思维可以帮助教师有效地应对幼儿园教育教学活动的各种状况,进而提升教育质量和促进幼儿发展。幼儿园在开展教研活动时,应注意建设体验式教研文化环境,创新教研模式,构建多维度的教研内容体系,以促进教师直觉思维的发展。
The intuitive thinking is the important component of teachers' professiona! literacy, and the well-developed intuitive thinking can help the teacher deal with all kinds of teaching situations validly. In order to cultivate the teacher's intuitive thinking by teaching and research kindergartens should create the experiential culture environment, innovate the model of teaching and research and construct a multi- dimensional teaching and research contents system.
