我国高校图书馆近十年文献采购招标研究综述

A Review of China's University Libraries Literature Bidding Purchase in Recent Ten Years

以2007-2016年我国高校图书馆文献招标采购研究论文为研究对象,分别从论文时间分布、核心期刊源分布、内容分析等方面回顾总结我国专家学者对该主题的研究概况、研究内容及趋势。分别阐述国内对高校图书馆招标采购主要研究的内容:我国高校图书馆文献采购招标作用与意义研究、招标采购现状及存在的问题研究、招标采购策略研究等,重点综述招标采购评价指标体系与评价方法的研究,指出现有研究的不足及对后续研究的思考与建议。

Taking the research papers on bidding and purchasing of Chinese university library from 2007 to 2016 as the research object, this paper summarizes the research overview, research content and trend from the perspectives of dissertation distribution, the core journal source distribution and the content analysis. The thesis separately elaborates on the main research contents of domestic tendering and procurement for university libraries, mainly Ancluding the role of tendering for literature procurement in university libraries in China for value analysis, current tendering and procurement, and problems in research and tendering, procurement strategies and adopted methods. The authors focuse on the research and analysis of the evaluation index system and evaluation methods in the bidding procurement process, point out the existing deficiencies in the existing research phase, and put forward thoughts and suggestions for the future research.
