含早熟显性基因水稻不育系川作891A的选育与应用 被引量:1

Breeding and Application of Early-maturity Dominant CMS Line Chuanzuo 891A in Rice

摘要 川作891A是用IR68899作母本与(9311/金23B)F_6杂交,F_4代开始用优良单株与珍汕97A回交转育而成的新三系不育系,2016年8月通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会技术鉴定。川作891A不育度100%,异交习性好,含有早熟显性基因,所配组合生育期均与早熟杂交组合对照汕窄8号相当,已配组的川优1727(川作891A/成恢727)于2017年通过四川省品种审定。 Chuanzuo 891A, a new CMS line in Rice, was developed from the elite single plants selected in the 4th generation of IR68899/(9311/Jin23B)F6 testcrossed to Zhenshan 97A and followed by successive backcrosses. In August, 2016, it was technically identified by Sichnan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee. Chuanzuo 891A has 100% of male sterility and good outcrossing habits. It contains the dominant genes for early maturity, resulting in its F1 hybrids as early as the early-maturing check hybrid Shanzhai 8. One of its hybrids, Chuanyou 1727 or Chuanzuo 891A/Chenghui 727, was registered and released in Sichuan Province in 2017.
