An Exploration on Professional Ethics for Teachers of Inclusive Education

摘要 教师专业伦理是实行全纳教师专业化的必然要求,对践行全纳教育的基本理念、提高随班就读的教学质量、提升全纳教师的专业服务精神和审视全纳教育的现实困境具有重要的价值意蕴。但当前教师专业伦理的发展面临着全纳教师专业伦理标准缺失、缺乏配套的全纳教师专业伦理课程以及全纳教师专业服务精神不强等问题,已严重影响其发展进程。为此,推进全纳教育教师专业伦理发展的路向为,制订全纳教师的专业伦理标准,规约全纳教师专业伦理的行为;建设全纳教师的专业伦理课程,以渗透式教学内化教师专业伦理;培育教师专业服务精神,实践全纳教师专业服务的独特性。 Professional ethics of inclusive teachers are essential for their professional development,which bear great value and implication in practice of basic conception of inclusive education,improvement of teaching quality of Learning in Regular Class,enhancement of professional service spirit,and in examination of the present practical dilemma in inclusive education.However,the current development of professional ethics for teachers are facing a series of problems in terms of deficiency of professional ethic standards,want of supporting professional ethic courses and professional service spirit,which,as a result,has seriously impeded the development process.This paper after the above analysis ends with some counter-measures to deal with the problems,which include:to establish inclusive teachersprofessional ethic standards,to regulate their professional ethic conducts,to offer them professional ethic courses,to internalize their professional ethic ideas through teaching;to cultivate their professional service spirit so as to show the uniqueness of their profession.
