摘要
为了消除某款采用6016铝合金材料生产的前门加强板零件的破裂缺陷,建立了分析模型,确定了拉延筋的强度、模具表面的摩擦系数、压边圈的压边力等因素对铝合金材料成形性能的影响。并通过正交试验法得出影响成形因素的主次顺序以及较优的参数组合。结果表明:模具压边圈的压边力对零件破裂影响最大,其次是模具表面摩擦系数,影响最小的是等效拉延筋强度。获取的调试参数组合为:等效拉延筋强度为66.0 N·mm^(-1),压边圈的压边力为950 kN,模具表面的摩擦系数为0.17。经过验证,模拟结果与实际生产结果具有较好的吻合度。数值模拟可减少铝合金零件调试过程中的不确定性,降低调试成本。
In order to eliminate cracking defects of front door reinforcing plate parts produced by 6016 aluminum alloy,the analysis model was established,and the influences of the drawbead strength,the friction coefficient on mold surface and the blank holder force on the forming properties of aluminum alloy material were determined. Then,the order of primary and secondary factors and the better combination of parameters influencing the forming factors were obtained by the orthogonal experiment method. The results show that the blank holder force has the greatest influence on the cracking of parts,followed by the friction coefficient on mold surface,and the least influence is the equivalent drawbead strength. The obtained debugging parameter combination is the equivalent drawbead strength of 66.0 N·mm^(-1),the blank holder force of 950 kN,and the friction coefficient on mold surface of 0.17. The experiments show that the simulation results have a better consistency with the actual production results,and the numerical simulation can reduce the uncertainty of aluminum alloy parts in debugging process and the debugging cost.
