基于视频新闻的用户体验要素模型探究 被引量:5

摘要 用户体验是用户在使用产品过程中形成的全部体验。本文从用户体验角度,以视频新闻为研究对象,采用深度访谈法、卡片分类法等研究方法,探究了影响视频新闻用户体验的因素。在此基础上,归纳总结出了包含预期、进程和反馈三个维度的EPF用户体验要素模型,该模型对视频新闻生产、受众观变革具有一定的启发意义。最后,本文还反思了模型的不足之处,以期不断改进。
