摘要
高职英语生态教学动力是有效实现高职英语教学目标的根本保证。研究表明,诸多限制因子相互作用产生的高职英语生态教学动力总体处于中等水平,高职英语教师教的内、外部动力均高于高职学生学的内、外部动力。高瞻远瞩、科学定位,师生协同、推进教学,引入竞争、整体关联,发挥群体效应、良性循环等基本原则可增强高职英语生态教学动力。
The eco-instruction dynamic of"Practical English for Colleges"is an essential guarantee to effectively achieve its instructional objectives.Through the researches,it is found that the eco-instruction dynamic of"Practical English for Colleges"is roughly at a medium level,which comes from the interaction of numerous limiting factors,and that the internal and external dynamics of the teachers in teaching"Practical English for Colleges"are both stronger than those of the students in learning "Practical English for Colleges".The eco-instruction dynamic can be brought to "Practical English for Colleges"by the basic principles such as taking a long-term view and orientating scientifically,cooperating between teachers and students and conducting teaching activities,introducing competition and correlating globally,exerting group dynamic effect and fulfilling a virtuous cycle,etc.
