摘要
文章研究了激光干涉仪测试系统的安装和激光准直方法,以西门子828D数控系统为例编制了定位精度测试程序,完成了YK7350数控磨齿机的定位精度测量。通过测试数据分析得到误差补偿表,对数控系统进行螺距误差补偿后,重新测试发现机床精度得到有效提高,经磨齿加工验证,产品质量符合要求。
This paper studies on the method of installation and laser collimation for laser interferometer test system.Taking the SIEMENS 828 D CNC system as an example,the positioning accuracy test program was compiled,and then the positioning accuracy measurement of YK7350 CNC gear grinding machine was completed.Through the analysis of the test data,the error compensation table is obtained.After compensating the pitch error of the CNC system,it is found that the accuracy of the machine is effectively improved.After grinding,the quality of products is up to the requirement.
