摘要
通过Abaqus有限元分析软件建立了橡胶十字形试样等双轴拉伸数值模型,并进行模拟分析。结果表明:十字形试样中心测试区的变形状态受试样形状的影响,只有试样中心点可以表现出理想的等双轴变形状态;在试样中心测试区标记位置相同的情况下,A型试样的名义应力-拉伸比关系曲线与Ogden本构模型理论曲线几乎重合;相比于其他十字形试样,A型试样中心测试区的应力和应变分布最均匀,整体应变水平较高且最接近理想的等双轴变形状态。
The numerical models of cruciform rubber specimens under equi-biaxial tension were established and analyzed by Abaqus finite element analysis software. The results showed that the deformation state of the region of interest(ROI) was affected by the geometry of cruciform rubber specimens and only the center point of the specimen could exhibit perfect equi-biaxial deformation. The nominal stress-strain curve calculated by finite element method of type A was in complete agreement with the theoretical curve obtained using the Ogden model. Compared with the other types of cruciform rubber specimens,type A exhibited the most degree of uniformity of stress and strain field,had high strain level and was the most close to the ideal equi-biaxial state in the ROI.
