水凝胶改性有机硅海洋防污涂料的制备与性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 制备了新型水凝胶改性有机硅海洋防污涂料,通过亲水高分子使涂层表面形成水化层以降低污损生物附着。利用红外光谱检测含氢硅油转化率以确定面漆粘结剂的转化率。通过设计四因素三水平正交试验,探究不同涂装体系的防污性能。通过粘附力测试、接触角测试、盐雾实验、浸泡实验、极化测试和防污性能实验等手段探究涂装体系的表面质量、耐腐蚀性能及防污性能。结果表明:制备的涂装体系在实验室沉浸实验中具有良好的防污效果。水凝胶改性有机硅防污涂层能在表面形成薄的水膜,有效地阻止了污损生物的粘附;通过调整侧链聚乙二醇烯丙基醚的分子量、反应温度、催化剂用量和硅油含氢量,可以合成相应的粘结剂调整涂层表面能;静态下涂层的防污效果比动态下更好。 A new hydrogel modified silicone marine antifouling coatings was prepared,The formation of hydration layer by hydrophilic polymer on the coating surface can reduce the possibility of contamination of biological contamination.The conversion of hydrogen-containing silicone oil was determined by infrared spectroscopy to determine the conversion of top coat.To explore the anti-fouling performance of different coating system,a four-factor three-level orthogonal experiment was designed.The surface quality,corrosion resistance and antifouling performance of coating system were investigated by means of adhesion test,contact angle test,salts pray test,immersion experiment,polarization test and antifouling performance experiment.The study found that the coating system had good antifouling effect in the laboratory immersion experiment.Hydrogel modified silicone marine antifouling coating can forma thin water membrane in the surface,effectively prevented the adhesion of fouling organisms.By adjusting the molecular weight of the side chain of APEG,the reaction temperature,amount of catalyst and hydrogen content of silicone oil,the corresponding binder can be synthesized to adjust the surface energy of coating.The difference of hydrogen content in hydrogen-containing silicone oil and the addition order of silane coupling agent may affect the combination of intermediate paint and top coat.The antifouling effect under the static condition was better than that under the dynamic condition.
