反应温度对铝镁合金粉表面硅烷膜形成及性能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高铝镁合金粉的防氧化性和分散性,在不同反应温度条件下,采用硅烷偶联剂对40μm雾化球形镁铝合金粉进行表面改性,利用热分析、扫描电镜、电子能谱、粒度分析等手段对表面处理后的样品进行了分析,研究了硅烷偶联剂反应温度对铝镁合金粉表面改性的影响。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂能够在铝镁合金粉表面形成一层硅烷膜,从而避免铝镁合金粉体的氧化,降低其熔点、缩短氧化温度区间,可以提高铝镁合金粉的分散性;反应时间为1.5h、反应温度在40℃时表面改性效果最优。 In order to improve the dispersion and oxidation resistance,silane coupling agent was chosen for processing 40μm atomized spherical Al-50 Mg alloy powder at different reaction temperature.By means of thermal analysis,SEM,EDS and particle size analysis,the surface of coated samples were analyzed.Effect of different reaction temperature of silane coupling agent coating on Al-50 Mg alloy powder was be studied.Results showed that silane coupling agent can form a silane layer in Al-50 Mg alloy powder surface thereby avoiding the oxidation,reducing the melting point,shortening range of oxidation temperature,improving the dispersion of Al-50 Mg alloy powder.When the reaction time reached 1.5 hours and the reaction temperature reached 40℃,the modification effect was the best.
