铁掺杂聚苯胺/功能化石墨烯制备高效Fe-N-C型氧还原催化剂研究

Preparation of Fe-N-C oxygen-reduction catalyst via tuning iron-doped polyaniline supported on functionalized graphene

摘要 以对苯二胺(PPD)改性的氧化石墨烯(GO)为碳载体,三氯化铁(FeCl_3)为金属源,聚苯胺(PANI)为氮源,经高温热处理和酸蚀制备了结构均匀的铁-聚苯胺/功能化石墨烯(Fe-PANI/PGO)催化剂,并考察其对氧气(O_2)的催化还原性能。结果表明:Fe-PANI/PGO催化还原的起始电位和半波电位可分别达到-0.057V和-0.122V,极限电流密度更是达到了-5.145mA/cm^2。同时,阐明了Fe-PANI/PGO催化剂的催化活性提升主要归因于碳结构无序性的增大。 Fe-polyaniline/functionalized graphene(Fe-PANI/PGO)was prepared by heat treatment and acid etching using p-phenylenediamine(PPD)functionalized graphene oxide(GO)as the support,ferric trichloride(FeCl3)as the metal precursor and polyaniline(PANI)as the nitrogen precursor,and studied the oxygen reduction performance.The results showed that Fe-PANI/PGO was able to achieve improved onset potential of-0.057V and half-wave potential of-0.122V as well as limited current of -5.145 mA/cm^2.At the same time,it was clarified that the excellent oxygen reduction performance of Fe-PANI/PGO was mainly attributed to the increase of defects in carbon structural,which was beneficial to increase the content of pyridinic nitrogen and graphitic nitrogen in the catalysts.
