摘要 将纳米高岭土(NK)改性后应用于矿用卡车轮胎的胶料中,在天然橡胶与丁苯橡胶共混为基底的条件下,探讨NK与炭黑、白炭黑的协同作用及其对传统矿用卡车轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明,添加NK之后,矿用卡车轮胎胎面胶的硬度基本保持不变,定伸应力、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率都略有提升,但撕裂强度下降,在NK用量为15份,老化后的条件下,矿用卡车轮胎胎面胶的硬度为68H,300%定伸应力为15.18MPa,拉伸强度为19.56MPa,扯断伸长率为398%,但撕裂强度为48.00kN/m(未老化条件下),比没有添加NK的轮胎胎面胶下降31.03%。添加NK后,打破了高填充量的炭黑、白炭黑对橡胶分子链的圈闭作用,胎面胶的动态生热减少。 Under the condition of natural rubber mixed with styrene-butadiene rubber as mixground,the nanokaolin(NK)was modified and applied to the rubber material of mining truck.The synergistic effects of NK,carbon black and white carbon black on the performance of traditional tires were discussed.After adding NK,the results showed that the hardness of tire tread glue was basically unchanged.The modulus,tensile strength and elongation at break all increased slightly,but the tear strength decreased.After filling 15 NK,the hardness of tread rubber of mining truck tires was 68 H,300% modulus was 15.18 MPa,the tensile strength was 19.56 MPa and the elongation at break was 398% under the conditions of aging.But the tear strength was 48.00 kN/m(under non-aging conditions),it was31.03%lower than tyre tread rubber without NK.After adding NK,it breaked the trapping effect on the high filled carbon black and silica to the rubber molecular chain.Meanwhile,the loss modulus and lag factor were also significantly reduced,with the dynamic heat generation decreased.
