摘要
介绍焊管管端焊缝自动磨削机器人、综合测量机器人和自动喷标机器人,分析焊管生产线上焊缝磨削、钢管综合测量和钢管喷标岗位上使用机器人替代人工取得的效果。分析认为:管端焊缝自动磨削机器人可准确找出焊缝特征,并规划磨削运动轨迹,磨削内外焊缝;综合测量机器人可实现对成品钢管管端坡口、切斜、直径、不圆度及周长等参数的自动测量;自动喷标机器人可同时将钢管称重、测量结果及一些标志按要求自动喷印在钢管管端内外表面。这3种机器人的使用,可有效降低成本,提高企业竞争力。
Described here in the paper are the industrial robots as used in the weld pipe production line separately for automatic weld grinding, pipe comprehensive measurement and automatic pipe spray-marking. Analysis are made on the effectiveness of the said robots as taking over the original manual operations. The analysis shows that the robot perfoiming auto-grinding of the tube-end weld is capable of firstly identifying the weld characteristics, and determining the grinding trajectory, and then grinding both the internal and external welds; the robot for pipe comprehensive measurement is capable of automatic measurement of data of the finished steel pipe such as pipe-end bevel, oblique cutting, diameter, roundness and circumference, etc.; and the robot for automatic spray-marking is capable of automatic spraying information like measured weight and dimensions, and other identifications as required on both inner and outer surfaces of the pipe end. Thanks to employment of these three kinds of robots, the operation costs of the production line can be remarkably reduced, and thus competitiveness of the producer shall be enhanced.
