喷雾分散-油柱成型法制备微球形氧化铝及其蒽醌加氢性能 被引量:3

Preparation of micro spherical alumina by spray dispersion-oil column drop method and its application in anthraquinone hydrogenation

摘要 以铝溶胶为原料,采用喷雾分散-油柱成型法制备系列微球形氧化铝载体,考察焙烧温度对载体结构的影响。结果表明,采用该方法制备的微球形氧化铝具有球形度高、表面光滑和抗磨损性能高的特点。以(45~75)μm微球形氧化铝颗粒为载体,制备负载型Pd催化剂,并应用于流化床蒽醌加氢反应,催化剂评价结果表明,催化剂氢化效率11.8 g·L^(-1),选择性大于97.5%,过氧化氢生产能力比工业用催化剂提高近6倍。 A series of micro spherical alumina supports were prepared by spray drop method using alumina sol as raw material, and effects of calcined temperature dispersion - oil column on structure property of supports were also investigated. The results showed that the obtained micro spherical alumina support pos- sessed high sphericity, smooth surface as well as high wear resistance. Moreover, supported Pd catalyst on these (45 -75 ) μm spherical alumina was further prepared and tested in anthraquinone (eAQ) hydro- genation in fluidized bed reactor. The catalytic test showed that 11.8 g · L-1 of hydrogenation efficiency and 97.5% of selectivity towards H4eAQ were achieved on Pd/micro - spherical - alumina catalyst. H2O2 production capacity over Pd/micro - spherical - alumina catalyst was nearly 6 times higher than that over common commercial catalyst.
