鼻T/NK细胞淋巴瘤的CT诊断及其病理基础

The CT Diagnosis and Its Pathologic Basis of Nasal T/NK Cell Lymphoma

目的 :分析鼻T/NK细胞淋巴瘤的CT表现及其病理基础。方法 :对 8例经病理证实的鼻T/NK细胞淋巴瘤的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果 :鼻T/NK细胞淋巴瘤的特征表现为 :(1)位于面部中线 ,特别是鼻腔内的不规则性软组织密度影。 (2 )病灶边界不清 ,内部密度不均匀 ,无明显强化。 (3)多无颈淋巴结肿大。结论 :CT检查可较好地显示肿瘤的形态、位置和范围 ,有助于放射治疗计划的制定。

Objective:To analyze the CT manifestations of T/NK cell lymphoma and its pathologic correlation.Methods:The CT manifestations of eight cases of nasal T/NK cell lymphoma proved pathologically were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The CT specific signs included:(1) irregular opacification in midfacial area,especially in nasal cavity;(2) heterogeneous lesion with indistinct margin and inhomogeneous enhancement,and (3) no cervical lymphoadenopathy.Conclusion:The informations obtained from CT imaging can finely display the location and extent of the lesion and is helpful in planning radiotherapy.
