摘要
从当前的现实语境来看,高等教育自信主要来源于政治自信,是政治自信在高等教育事业中的重要体现。从概念本源看,高等教育自信是一种社会心理状态,是对高等教育所持的积极、肯定的态度和对其未来发展的信心。其主体不仅包括高等教育的举办者、管理者和办学者,也包括高等教育的诸多利益相关者。高等教育自信是归纳性的,而不完全是从其他领域演绎来的。高等教育自信的生成机制包括成就效应、获得效应、评价效应、迁移效应、示范效应和传导效应。当前我国高等教育自信不足的现象和未来自信的提升都与这六种效应息息相关。
Self-confidence in higher education is a vague concept which needs to be clarified.From the perspective of reality,higher education self-confidence mainly comes from political self-confidence,which is an important embodiment of political self-confidence in higher education.From the perspective of concept origin,self-confidence in higher education is a kind of social psychological state,apositive affirmative attitude towards realization of functions of higher education and confidence in its future development.Its subjects include not only the administrators,managers and sponsors of higher education,but also many stakeholders of higher education.Self-confidence in higher education is inductive rather than deducted from other areas.The formation mechanism of self-confidence includes achievement effect,acquisition effect,evaluation effect,migration effect,model effect and transfer effect.The phenomenon of insufficient self-confidence in higher education and the promotion of future self-confidence are closely related to these six effects.
