摘要
本文基于"2014中国大学教师调查"数据,分析了海归教师在我国高校的分布特征及其国际化表现,以及他们在科研产出、教学内容与方式、国际交流三个维度对高等教育国际化的影响。与本土教师相比,在科研产出上,海归教师调整科研生产策略以达到更高的国际化水平,偏重发表国际期刊论文,较少发表国内论文和申请专利;在教学内容与方式上,他们更注重课程的国际视角和国际化内容;在国际交流上,他们参与国际学术会议、出国研修的次数更多。留学经历奠定了海归教师学术职业国际化的比较优势,高校应充分发挥他们促进科研、教学国际化以及国际学术交流的主体作用,加快提升我国高等教育的国际化水平。
Based on the 2014 Chinese university faculty survey,this paper described the distribution and internationalization performance of academic returnees,and analyzed their impacts on internationalization of higher education.It found that academic returnees adjusted their research production strategy by publishing more international journal articles;they paid more attention to international perspective or content in teaching;they tended to attend foreign conferences and visit abroad more frequently.The results suggested that their overseas study experiences accumulated advantages for the internationalization of their academic career.Then the universities should make them play more role in promoting the internationalization of scientific research,teaching,and foreign exchange so as to speed up the internationalization level of Chinese higher education.
