简易应对方式问卷在青少年中的信效度检验

Reliability and Validity of Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire among Adolescents

目的:检验简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)在青少年中的信效度。方法:共3480名中学生完成了简易应对方式问卷、病人健康问卷抑郁量表及广泛性焦虑量表,其中352人在间隔2-4周后完成了问卷重测。结果:简易应对方式问卷可分为自我调节、幻想与逃避、求助与问题解决三个维度,修正后的三因子结构模型总体适配良好(χ~2/df=6.05,CFI=0.901,GFI=0.946,NFI=0.884,TLI=0.885,RMSEA=0.054,RMR=0.053)。问卷的实证效度良好,抑郁或焦虑程度较低的个体相比抑郁或焦虑程度较高的个体,更多地采用自我调节和求助与问题解决的积极应对方式,更少采用幻想与逃避的消极应对方式,且两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。问卷重测信度为0.554-0.613,Cronbach’sα系数为0.737-0.811。结论:简易应对方式问卷应用于青少年群体具有良好的信效度。

Objective： To examine the reliability and validity of Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ） in a sam ple of adolescents. Methods： A total of 3480 middle school students were investigated with a wide survey including Simpli- fied Coping Style Questionnaire, Patient Health Questionnaire and Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale. A test-retest evalu ation was undertaken in 352 participants after 2-4 weeks. Results： Factor analyses revealed SCSQ with three factors： self- regulation, fantasy and escape, help seeking and problem solving. The revised structural model fitted the data well（χ^22/d[=- 6.05, CFI=0.901, GFI=0.946, NFI=0.884, TLI=0.885, RMSEA=0.054, RMR=0.053）. The convergent validity of SCSQ was supported by a significant difference of coping style between low-score group and high-score group in depression or anxiety （P〈0.01）. The low-score group in depression or anxiety preferred to take positive coping style such as self-regulation, help seeking and problem solving rather than negative coping style such as fantasy and escape, as compared with the high-score group in depression or anxiety. The test-retest reliability of SCSQ ranged from 0.554 to 0.613, and Cronbach＇ sot value ranged from 0.737 to 0.811. Conclusion： Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire has acceptable reliability and validity for adolescents.
