焦虑、抑郁与消极认知情绪调节策略关系的元分析

A Meta-analysis of the Relationship between Anxiety/Depression and Negative Cognitive Emotion Strategies

目的:运用元分析方法考察焦虑、抑郁与消极认知情绪调节策略的关系及其影响因素。方法:通过系统检索多种数据库,最终搜集近20年来国内外有关焦虑、抑郁与消极认知情绪调节策略关系的研究文献47篇,总样本量31917人,运用Stata14.0MP软件进行整体效应分析与调节效应检验。结果:(1)焦虑与消极认知情绪调节策略呈中等程度相关(r=0.371),抑郁与消极认知情绪调节策略呈中等程度相关(r=0.364)。(2)中文文献、英文文献与学位论文三类文献,测量工具的类型以及取样地区对焦虑、抑郁与消极认知情绪调节策略的关系均有显著影响,样本年龄对抑郁与消极认知情绪调节策略关系有显著影响。结论:焦虑、抑郁与消极认知情绪调节策略存在密切关系且有较强的稳定性,测量工具、文献类型、取样地区是调节变量,年龄是抑郁与消极认知情绪调节策略关系的调节变量。

Objective： To study the relationship between anxiety/depression and negative cognitive emotion strategies and their influential factors by meta-analysis. Methods： Studies focusing on the association between anxiety/depression and negative cognitive emotion strategies were collected through many kinds of databases. Finally 47 relevant articles on empirical research published in China and foreign journals in recent 20 years met the requirements of meta-analysis were included, with a total sample size of 31917 participants. Meta-analysis was conducted using the Statal4.0MP. Results： Anxiety had a medium positive correlation to negative cognitive emotion strategies（r=0.371）. Depression had a medium posi- tive correlation to negative cognitive emotion strategies（r=0.364）.②The types of paper published in Chinese literature, English literature and academic dissertation, the different kinds of scales of anxiety/depression, the sample selections of do- mestic and foreign had significant effects on the relationship between anxiety/depressian and negative cognitive emotion strategies. The subject age group of nonage and adult had significant effects on the relationship between depression and neg- ative cognitive emotion strategies. Conclusion： The relationship between anxiety/depression and negative cognitive emo- tion strategies is significant and stable, which is moderated by other variables such as measuring tools, report quality and sample selection; and the relationship between depression and negative cognitive emotion strategies is moderated by the subject age group of nonage and adult.
