摘要
从猪、牛、鸡、鸭和鲨鱼软骨中提取分离硫酸软骨素,采用酶解-高效液相色谱法对不同来源和制备工艺获得的硫酸软骨素进行了二糖分析。结果表明,来源于猪、牛、鸡和鸭软骨的硫酸软骨素由非硫酸化二糖、4-硫酸化二糖和6-硫酸化二糖组成,而来源于鲨鱼软骨的硫酸软骨素还含有2, 6-硫酸化二糖、2, 4-硫酸化二糖和4, 6-硫酸化二糖,且各二糖单位的百分含量也不同;高温、强酸、强碱及双氧水的强氧化性均可降低硫酸软骨素中硫酸化二糖的百分含量。说明硫酸软骨素的组成与其来源和制备工艺密切相关,实际生产中可根据不同需求来选择合适的原料和制备工艺。
Chondroitin sulfates were extracted and isolated from bovine, porcine, chicken, duck and shark cartilage. Components analysis of chondroitin sulfate from different origins and process conditions by high performance liquid chromatography after enzymatic hydrolysis was studied. The results showed that chondroitin sulfate from bovine, porcine, chicken and duck cartilage are constituted of different percentages of nonsulfated disaccharide, disaccharide 4-sulfate and disaccharide 6-sulfate. In addition to the above disaccharides, chondroitin sulfate fi'om shark cartilage also contains disaccharide 2, 6-sulfate, disaccharide 2, 4-sulfate and disaccharide 4, 6-sulfate. Results also suggested that the percentages of sulfated disaccharides of chondroitin sulfate reduced under high temperature or strong acidic or alaline or oxidable conditions. So component of chondroitin sulfate was closely related to its origins and process conditions. And we should choose the appropriate materials and process conditions according to our requirements in practical production.
