Preparation and Quality Control of Compound Hydrargyrum Aminochloride Cream

目的 :研制复方氨化氨基汞霜并进行质量控制。方法 :采用剩余滴定法测定氯化氨基汞的含量。结果 :氯化氨基汞的平均回收率为 98 31% ,RSD为 0 6 0 %。结论 :本制剂质量稳定。

Objective:To prepare compound hydrargyrum aminochloride cream and carry out its quality control standard.Methods:The concentration of hydrargyrum aminochloride was measured by surplus titration.Results:The mean recovery rate of hydrargyrum aminochloride was 98 31% and RSD was 0 60%.Conclusion:The quality of this cream is stable.
